Toque Youth Development Programs offers a range of soccer and futsal activities, including the Little's Soccer Program, Futsal Development Program at both recreational and club levels, tournaments, camps, clinics, individual or group trainings, and goalkeeper trainings. Training programs serve individuals, groups, teams, and clubs, and include specialized packages with multiple sessions, programs, and camps. Players selected for Development Teams and Select Teams train and play in programs that serve beginning through elite level players and compete in major competitions at regional, national, and international levels.

Toque Youth Development Programs requires specific training gear, including a training jersey, black uniform jersey, orange uniform jersey, training shorts, training socks, and a performance quarter-zip jacket, with a one-time fee and the same gear used every season; individual items can also be purchased as needed. Players for select teams are chosen from development programs or through a scheduled try out.
