The studio states as its mission: “Bring Creativity To life, Unleash Your Inner Artist” and “LOVE ART! LOVE KIDS!” Mindart Studio reports that it takes the artistic literacy and creativity emphasized in American K–12 art education as its teaching direction, uses elements of art and principles of design as its teaching basis, integrates designers’ design thinking and unique perspectives into children’s artistic creation and life, and “educate people with painting,” with a focus on professional art development education located in the Bay Area. It also states that it focuses on “brightening children’s innocence and sincerity to love art” and “strengthening children’s creativity and diligence to chase dreams.” The studio notes that it provides many platforms for children’s self-expression.

A parent testimonial describes Mindart Studio’s drawing class as “the most motivating class” for their child and highlights the teaching philosophy of “understand the basics, then innovate and create.” The testimonial states that the class is not only a drawing class but also “a class to develop children’s creativity, patience, and willpower,” that children “love the creative art class,” and that while learning drawing, students “can also experience different histories and cultures,” including during the pandemic at home.
