Riar Academy of Performing Arts (RAPA)

Riar Academy of Performing Arts (RAPA) offers classes in Acro, Ballet, Ballroom and Social Dance, Bhangra, Bollywood, Breakdancing/B-Boying, Contemporary, Hip Hop, Jazz, Kathak (Classical North Indian Dance), and Yoga. It is described as an exclusive, multi-disciplinary dance training institution that welcomes dance enthusiasts of all ages and skill levels and offers a diverse range of specialized styles and forms. The academy holds classes year-round for toddlers, kids, juniors/tweens, teens, adults, and advanced and intermediate placements, and hosts large-scale student shows every school year.

Riar Academy of Performing Arts (RAPA) has been providing dance training for over 10 years. All classes are led by entertainment industry professionals who have honed their craft, performed, and collaborated with many renowned celebrities. The leadership team includes Karan and Meera Riar, who are described as very dedicated to the students. The academy offers award-winning programs including SHOWKIDS™, the Intensive Training Program™ (ITP), and Adults Intensive Programs, and some students have performed in movies, music videos, and at Disneyland. Advanced-Level ITP students perform year-round at various large-scale events and competitions throughout the California Bay Area and beyond.

Parents describe the team as very friendly, with great energy and a positive spirit, and say that instructors break down the steps in a way that makes it easy to learn new styles.
