School of Imagination Inclusive Preschool & Happy Talkers Clinical Programs operates in a 12,000-square-foot center built from the ground up to bring education, therapy, and community together under one roof. The program includes an inclusive, ESDM-based preschool where children with and without disabilities learn together, and an integrated early childhood development system that combines clinical care, inclusive education, and a community platform. Happy Talkers and School of Imagination operate together, with a Clinical Leadership Council that coordinates care across disciplines and responds to inquiries and referrals within one business day. The program states that no diagnosis is needed to start services, offers free developmental screening, and is actively welcoming new clinical referrals and preschool enrollments with current capacity.

The organization has been serving the Tri-Valley since 2001, with Happy Talkers founded in 2001, School of Imagination founded in 2008, the 12,000-square-foot center opened in 2011, the Vogt Weekend launched in 2016, behavioral therapy (ABA) launched in 2021, and ADOS-2 diagnostic evaluations launching in 2026. Founder Charlene Sigman is a speech-language pathologist, preschool director, and certified ESDM therapist, and holds an M.S. Ed and CCC-SLP; she partnered with Mitch Sigman and the City of Dublin to open a permanent center. The program’s mission is to bring out the extraordinary in every child by providing integrated early childhood clinical care, inclusive education, and community support so no family has to navigate developmental challenges alone. It is vendorized through the Regional Center of the East Bay for infant development, speech and occupational therapy, and social skills, accepts most major commercial insurance plans, and lists evidence-based practice and credentialed clinicians as values.

School of Imagination Inclusive Preschool & Happy Talkers Clinical Programs partners with the City of Dublin, is supported by the Vogt Family Fund, and is vendorized through the Regional Center of the East Bay. It hosts the annual Stephen Vogt Celebrity Benefit Weekend (All In for Kids) to raise funds and awareness, including a poker tournament and appearances by celebrities such as Stephen Vogt, Hunter Pence, JT Snow, Dallas Braden, Sergio Romo, and Ricky Watters. The program works closely with pediatricians, school psychologists, Regional Center case managers, and healthcare systems, and offers ERG partnerships, matched giving, event co-sponsorship, and community impact visibility. Charlene Sigman has stated, “We believe every child deserves a high-quality start to their educational journey. Early childhood education is the cornerstone of lifelong learning and success.”
