About

USA Ninja Challenge - Dublin offers ninja classes, camps, and parties where kids swing, jump, climb, crawl, traverse, and balance through obstacle course activities. Participants navigate obstacles through a progressive training program that includes conditioning stations and flexibility stations.

• Ages: 2.5–17 years old

The program is a year-round obstacle course training program that combines basic skill sets from gymnastics, climbing, cross-training, and track and field. Classes are structured into six levels, and each level includes a variety of progressions, drills, and challenges. Each portion of every obstacle course includes corresponding conditioning and flexibility stations, and the curriculum is designed to meet the requirements of a full physical fitness program for today’s youth. The stated program goal is to improve children’s strength, flexibility, and all-around athleticism, and the stated purpose is to build children’s self-esteem, confidence, and sense of accomplishment, one obstacle at a time. USA Ninja Challenge states that its mission is to create an environment where kids feel supported, push past their limits, build grit, and leave every class tired, proud, and more confident than when they arrived.

The USA Ninja Challenge - Dublin gym includes world-class quality equipment, including rings, balance obstacles, tumbling surfaces, cargo nets, traverse walls, slack lines, ropes, ladders, and warp walls. Aman is the owner and Lead Trainer at USA Ninja Challenge – Dublin and serves as the Lead Instructor. Aman is certified through the USA Ninja Challenge program, is described as a firm believer that physical fitness is just as important for today’s generation as mental well-being, and is a strong believer in the philosophy of Kaizen (continuous improvement), bringing this approach into the gym. The lead instructor is deeply involved in day-to-day development of lesson plans and gym operations, works closely with the coaching team to design drills, review progressions, and build weekly lesson plans, and also observes classes, fine-tunes progressions, supports coaches, and teaches classes. Experienced instructors supervise obstacle course activities at parties.

USA Ninja Challenge hosted an outing for school-aged kids who have Down syndrome. One parent, Chad Gilbert, described the facility and ownership as great, noted that the staff is very nice, the facilities are clean and well maintained, and that there is a large variety of obstacles for all skill levels that instructors use to challenge kids on their development at each obstacle, and stated that Ninja Challenge is his girls’ favorite sport and that they drive from Harrison, Ohio every Saturday. Another parent, Victor Martinez, reported having a child’s birthday celebration there and said the child wanted the next birthday party there as well, and described a large number of exercises and competitions that kids go through as “insane yet very enjoyable.” Organizer Joanie Elfers described an outing for school-aged kids who have Down syndrome, stating that everyone had a blast while exercising, learning new skills, and interacting with friends, and described the staff as amazing, professional, fun, and accommodating while working with children of varying abilities. The program materials state a mission of providing a supportive and stimulating environment where children can thrive. The organization lists a copyright range of 2015–2025 for USA Ninja Challenge.
