Magic Steps Music offers interactive music classes where infants, toddlers, and preschoolers participate with their caregivers. The program includes a 9 Week Summer Session featuring a new Magic Steps Music album of music and a 10 Week Spring Session featuring a new album and unlimited classes all session long, with families welcome to attend extra classes or classes at different times or days. Magic Steps Music offers hip-shaking, head-bopping, interactive music classes that are tailored to make participants feel comfortable and confident as they explore new music with their child. Ms. Brooke is the founder and a Magic Steps Music teacher and has been teaching music to children for over 14 years. Mr. Ryan is a Magic Steps Music teacher and brings over 30 years of experience entertaining and educating children and families, including 25 years as a teacher and performer with Gymboree Play & Music. The teaching team also includes Mr. Robinson, who is known as the “High Five King,” Ms. Chelsea, and Mr. Ramon, and Jennifer serves as Operations Manager for both Magic Steps Music and Farm School OC/SD.
Magic Steps Music states that it believes children learn best when they have fun and are able to learn in a hands-on learning environment. The mission also states that music is the program’s passion, that music is the best way to teach children how to grow socially and emotionally, and that introducing music young also helps children develop their fine and gross motor skills. The program describes itself as being all about helping each child learn and develop into the humans they are meant to be.
