Swim Synergy offers Infant Survival Swim Lessons, Toddler Survival Swim Lessons, Pre-School Swim Lessons, Kids Swim Lessons, JR. Lifeguard Test Prep, Saturday Maintenance Swim Lessons, and Adult Swim Lessons. Infant Survival Swim Lessons focus on safe entry and exit, breath control, unassisted back float, rolling from face down to back float, floating in clothes, and crab walking to pool steps. Toddler Survival Swim Lessons focus on safe entry and exit, breath control with eyes open underwater, unassisted back float, swim-float-swim to steps and the pool edge, and object retrieval.

- Infant Survival Swim Lessons — 6–17 months · 4 lessons per week, Monday-Thursday; 15 minute private lessons; 10 weeks to master skills · $250 per week · Private lessons focused on safe entry/exit, breath control, unassisted back float, rolling from face down to back float, floating in clothes, and crab walking to pool steps.
- Toddler Survival Swim Lessons — 18 months–2 years · 4 lessons per week, Monday-Thursday; 15 minute private lessons; 10 weeks to master skills · $250 per week · Private lessons focused on safe entry/exit, breath control with eyes open underwater, unassisted back float, swim-float-swim to steps and pool edge, and object retrieval.
- Pre-School Swim Lessons — 2.5–5 years · 4 lessons per week, Monday-Thursday; 15 minute private lessons; 10 weeks to master skills · $250 per week
- Kids Swim Lessons — 6 years and older · 2 lessons per week, Monday & Wednesday or Tuesday & Thursday; 30 minute private lessons; lessons are ongoing · $250 per week
- JR. Lifeguard Test Prep — 9–10
- Saturday Maintenance Swim Lessons — 1 lesson per week, Saturday; 20-30 minute private lessons; 10 week package · Exclusively for current Swim Synergy students; parents welcome to participate (Mommy & Me).
- Adult Swim Lessons — adults · 2 lessons per week, Monday & Wednesday · $250 per week · Private lessons for adults who did not learn how to swim as children, adults who want to improve stroke technique, or adults who are fearful of being in the water.

About the provider
Swim Synergy is led by Krista, who is the founder and a Drowning Prevention Specialist since 2005. The program states a mission to save lives by offering effective water safety instruction for infants, children, and adults, and drowning prevention tips. Krista has 20+ years of experience, is a proud member of the National Drowning Prevention Alliance, and holds a B.A. in Psychology with an emphasis in Child Development from SDSU, along with certifications in American Red Cross Water Safety Instruction, Infant and Toddler Survival Swim Instruction, Lifeguard Deep Water, American Red Cross CPR and First Aid, and TrustLine registration.
Registration: Non-refundable $95 fee due at sign up and charged once per family, per calendar year. Payment is due bi-weekly in advance; initial payment methods include Venmo, Zelle, or Credit Card. Late payments incur a $40 late fee. No free makeup lessons for absences. Instructor cancellations due to pool malfunctions, inclement weather, or an emergency are rescheduled for Friday. Assumption of risk and liability waiver are stated in the registration form.
