AYSO Region 33 Core Program is a youth soccer program with divisions from 5U through 19U. The program includes a 5U Jamboree, weekly games for 6U and older divisions, and practices in some divisions. Children are grouped into divisions based on their age in the calendar year, and each child plays more than half of each game, usually 3/4 or more.

- Ages: 4–18 years old
- General schedule: The program will begin on either through the end of August or the weekend after Labor Day in September. All divisions except 16U and 18U will end on the weekend before Thanksgiving. 16U and 18U teams will finish in October before the start of the high school season.

Children are grouped into divisions based on their age in the calendar year. 5U is for 4 year olds. 6U is for 5 year olds. 7U is for 6 year olds. 8U is for 7 year olds. 10U is for 8 and 9 year olds. 12U is for 10 and 11 year olds. 14U is for 12 and 13 year olds. 16U is for 14 and 15 year olds. 19U is for 16, 17, and 18 year olds. Each child plays more than half of each game, usually 3/4 or more. We don't keep score or post standings in the early ages; 10U introduces score keeping and standings.
