Fairfield Golf Academy Junior Programs include activities such as PGA Jr. League, FGA After School Bi-Weekly Clinics, Par Academy, FGA Junior Club, private lessons, clinics, camps, competitive leagues, and on-course instruction. Instruction covers full swing, putting, chipping, and bunker shots, and the program also offers weekly events and tournaments. Fairfield Golf Academy also offers adult golf lessons.

The Fairfield Golf Academy mission states that youth learn best when taught in a positive, fun, interactive environment, and that a well balanced approach to personalized teaching will foster life lessons on and off the course. Fairfield Golf Academy offers junior golf programs throughout the year for both on and off course and caters to golfers of all skill levels. FGA Junior Club provides a balance of practice on the range, play on the golf course and fun events, and weekly events and tournaments encourage fun games to further develop skills and introduce competition in a fun and safe environment.
PGA Jr. League at Fairfield Golf Academy uses games that consist of four 9-hole matches in a two-person scramble format, and coaches can substitute players every three holes so that all golfers on each team can participate. PGA Jr. League exists to bring communities together through fun, team golf experiences. Par Academy uses a series of 10 levels with criteria that must be met before advancing, including Level 1 (score par from green junior tees for 9 holes to advance to Level 2), Level 2 (score par from orange junior tees for 9 holes to advance to Level 3), and Level 3 (score par from black junior tees for 9 holes to advance to Level 4).
The leadership team includes Daryl Parenteau, PGA Head Golf Professional at Rancho Solano, and Austin Wristen, an instructor at Paradise Valley and Rancho Solano Golf Courses. Daryl Parenteau is a veteran of the United States Navy, has been a member of the Professional Golfers Association for over 20 years, and has been with Rancho Solano and Paradise Valley for 30 years. Austin Wristen is currently in the PGA teaching program. Paradise Valley offers golf lessons for adults and juniors by PGA and LPGA professional instructors, and instructors at Fairfield Golf Academy have enjoyed success in their golf careers, with most having competed at the level of collegiate golf and professionally.
