The program notes that experienced instructors follow a well-balanced curriculum and experienced coaches provide top-quality gymnastics instruction.
Camps are best suited for 3–12-year-old children, but older kids are also welcome. Children ages 3–12 years old have the opportunity to have open gym on the equipment, tumble through obstacle courses, play games, learn gymnastics moves, do crafts, and make new friends. Participants are encouraged to dress up on theme as long as it follows the dress code.
Children must be potty trained and independent in the bathroom to attend camps and events, because staff cannot leave the group to assist them in the bathroom for safety reasons. Dress code policies must be followed as students participate in athletic activities that require safe clothing. If a child has any allergies, a manager on staff should be alerted so that allergies can be avoided.
Day Camps are hosted from 9am–3pm, and the desk is staffed for check-in starting at 8:45am. Interior doors lock at 10am after check-in and can be opened by a Manager on Duty via a Help Button on the interior door. After-Camp Care is offered each day from 3–4pm. Once a family signs up for an event there are no credits or refunds, and payment is required upon signing up.
Business hours are Monday 2:30–8pm, Tuesday 2:30–8pm, Wednesday 2:30–8pm, Thursday 10:30am–2pm and 2:30–8pm, Friday 2:30–8pm, and Saturday 8:45am–1:30pm, with events running 1:30–9pm on Saturdays; Sunday is closed. There will no longer be someone staffed to answer the phone, and the Manager on Duty can be contacted by text during events, can respond all day long, and can make phone calls if requested over text.
A mobile application is available to enroll, check student attendance, book parties, and more on the go, with push notifications. The organization states that it is looking for energetic, passionate people who love working with kids.
