CBA Baseball USA offers weekly practices that include fielding, baserunning, hitting, and pitching workouts, along with player evaluation days and skills and athletic assessments. CBA Baseball USA was established in 2013 and is led by Jon Paino, Director CBA Baseball. Its mission statement says that CBA Baseball USA will provide players with a venue to further their baseball interests and reach their goals on the field and in life, using baseball as a tool to develop characteristics and independence for success on and off the field, through a positive learning environment, respect for the game, and competition in amateur baseball. The program’s credentials include national championships, over 1000 college committed players in 10 years as an organization, 1400+ college committed alumni, 20+ MLB players, 125+ drafts, top ranked club teams nationally, and membership in the Diamond Allegiance.
CBA Baseball USA offers youth to high school programs and practices that develop every player individually using the latest technology and years of expert coaching. Every player receives a FieldLevel Recruiting Platform and FieldLevel Recruiting Profile with 8000+ connections, and CBA Evaluation Days are used to track player growth and certify player profiles to streamline them to collegiate programs or MLB scouts. Players have access to customized training programs within the Diamond Allegiance App, scientifically-backed strength and sports performance through partnerships including Athletic Republic, and a strength app powered by Legends 365 for players far from locations. The program offers access to college showcase camps where college coaches actively recruit and teach CBA players on the field, opportunities to participate in competitive events where college coaches are present, and Perfect Game discounts for CBA players. CBA Baseball USA now offers streaming options that allow families to watch all the action live from home or on the road.
CBA Baseball USA partners with Diamond Allegiance to grow the game, and California Baseball Academy USA partners with several training facilities and programs, including the training franchise Athletic Republic. CBA players will use Marucci wood bats and batting gloves exclusively, and the program has a Marucci & Victus sponsorship with 12-month access to products at reduced prices. A team store offers CBA Baseball USA gear such as tees, sweatshirts, water bottles, and baseball caps.
