Fontana Pop Warner offers football, cheer, and a Challenger Program. Football is open to boys and girls ages 5 to 13, and cheer is for ages 3 to 14. The Challenger Program is a non-competitive program for special needs individuals, and no score is kept.

- Football — 5 to 13 · League age is your age as of July 31st of current year. Placement in a particular division is based on age-based divisions.
- Cheer — 3 to 14 · League age is your age as of current year. Placement in a particular division is based on age-based divisions.
- Challenger Program — Non-competitive program for special needs individuals. No score is kept.

Registrations paid in full receive a $50 discount, and there is a $100 fundraiser deposit for the season, which is non-refundable unless there is not a qualified team for the player.

FPW reserves the right to move an athlete into the proper division according to Pop Warner Football & Cheer Association. Age-based divisions include 6U, 8U, 9U, 10U, 11U, 12U, and 13U.
