About

Foster City Seasonal Camps (PreK–8th Grade) offers activities that include sports, active games, arts and crafts projects, song singing, games, cooking, science projects, sports activities, and camp skits. Some field trips at the camps include water or swimming elements, and some field trips go to unique and fun places around the Bay Area. Camp Wayoutback campers have the option to participate in an overnight stay at The Vibe in August.

Foster City Camps are offered during Fall, Winter, Spring, and Summer for children in TK–8th grades. FUNtastic Fall Camp, Wild N' Wacky Winter Camp, and Super Duper Spring Break Camps are for children in K–5th grade. Kamp Koala is for children entering TK or Kindergarten, and all Kamp Koala campers must be 4 years old at the start of camp and fully toilet-trained, and Kamp Koala is not a summer preschool. Camp Outback is for children entering 1st–2nd grade, Camp Wayoutback is for children entering 3rd–4th grade, and Camp Breakaway is for teens entering 5th–8th grades. The Counselors in Training Summer Program is for 13–16 year olds.

Camp Outback campers take one field trip per week on Wednesdays unless otherwise noted, and Camp Wayoutback campers take one field trip per week on Thursdays unless otherwise noted. Camp Breakaway visits some of the Bay Area's popular parks and attractions. Some field trips include water or swimming elements. Registration is on a first come, first serve basis until spots are filled, and campers may be placed on a wait list if spots are filled. In-person registration is available at The Vibe Teen Center from 8am–5pm, and online registration is also available. No day-of or onsite registration is accepted for Kamp Koala, Camp Outback, Camp Wayoutback, and Camp Breakaway.

Campers in FUNtastic Fall Camp, Wild N' Wacky Winter Camp, Super Duper Spring Break Camp, Camp Outback, Camp Wayoutback, and Camp Breakaway should bring a healthy bag lunch, snacks, water, and sunscreen each day. Kamp Koala campers should bring a healthy bag lunch, water, and sunscreen each day, and a snack is provided daily for Kamp Koala. Full refunds, minus a $10 administrative fee, are granted for requests submitted five business days before the start of the program. Partial refunds are granted for requests submitted four business days before the start of the program, with 25% of the registration fee and a $10 administration fee assessed per session refunded, and requests for refunds received after the start of the camp session are denied unless they fall under the Satisfaction Guarantee Policy.
