About the provider
Youth Ministry at Prince of Peace gives students a welcoming place to build friendships, ask honest questions, and grow in a faith centered on Jesus. The program also includes Mission Week, where students serve neighbors across the community, helping lead Vacation Bible School, mission partnerships including Guatemala, and the LCMS Youth Gathering. Students in grades 7-8 take part in Lutheran confirmation.
Students in grades 7-8 take part in Lutheran confirmation. Confirmation is not graduation from church; it helps young people understand the faith into which they were baptized, ask thoughtful questions, and make that faith their own as they continue following Jesus.
