Challenge Sonoma Adventure Ropes Course

Challenge Sonoma Adventure Ropes Course offers experiential training that includes challenge courses, team building, corporate events, wilderness adventure, and Summer Camps. The program uses a ropes course and other activities to work with a variety of groups, corporations, and families.

Challenge Sonoma Adventure Ropes Course has a 30+ year history. Its stated philosophy is that participants learn best when their minds and bodies are engaged in an activity, when they can choose their level of participation at each moment, when they are allowed to reflect and report to others about their experiences, and when they are having fun. The philosophy also states that trust is built by setting clear commitments and completing them, allowing teammates to feel joys and fears, collaborating and communicating effectively, and being allowed to say what they think without being judged. It further states that a team forms when it unites behind a common objective, when people are straight with each other, when there is appreciation of teammates, and when a shared experience is created.
