Challenge Sonoma Adventure Ropes Course

Challenge Sonoma Adventure Ropes Course offers experiential training that includes challenge courses, team building, corporate events, wilderness adventure, and Summer Camps. The program has provided these activities to a multitude of diverse groups, corporations, and families.

Challenge Sonoma Adventure Ropes Course has a 30+ year history. Its stated philosophy is that participants learn best when they experience with their minds and bodies engaged in an activity, have an opportunity at each moment to choose the level to which they will participate, are allowed to reflect and report to others about their experiences, and are having fun. The philosophy also states that trust is built when clear commitments are set and completed, when participants allow themselves to feel the joys and fears of their teammates, when they collaborate and communicate effectively, and when they are allowed to say what they think without being judged. According to the program’s philosophy, the team forms when participants unite behind a common objective, are straight with each other, have an appreciation of their teammates, and create a shared experience.
