Warm Springs Children's Village ~A Summer to make Friends, Explore Nature, Play and Learn
This is our third summer being a part of this program, and the first year offering special programming for the Little ones ages 3-6, including Arts and Creative enrichment for the whole group. Each year I have watched the kids thrive in a natural space for play, creativity and fun. We are blessed to be on a beautiful land in Glen Ellen, with creek access, a playground and shaded by oak trees. It’s truly a magical space for kids to play and learn.
Drop off 9:30am pick up 3:15-3:30pm
Daily Rhythm (Example)
Morning Arrival & Free Play
•Loose parts play (sticks, stones, water, mud kitchen)
•Social connection and transition time
Opening Circle
•Songs, movement, daily theme introduction
•Safety reminders and group agreements
Guided Exploration Block
•Ecology lesson or creek investigation
•Small group activities by age (Creative Projects)
•Time for free play and exploration
Lunch & Rest
•Hydration, quiet time, storytelling, journaling, etc.
Open Exploration / Creek Play
•Child-led play
•Optional invitations for crafts, activities, games
Closing Circle (15 min)
•Reflection, sharing discoveries
•free play transition to pickup
You can sign up for the entire session or just a week or a day at a time. There are spots available for Moms with younger kiddos who want to stay and play at a discount, also sibling and full session discounts available. Email [email protected] or Message me for details & registration.
