Bonnie Academy offers a Toddler Program and Transitional Kindergarten. The Toddler Program is for children 18 months to 2 years old and runs from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with part-time hours from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. or 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Transitional Kindergarten is for children 4.9 to 6 years old and includes phonics, mathematics, language art and drama, science, cooking, computers, music, outdoor play and sports, field trips, and printing.

Bonnie Academy states that it provides a safe and nurturing environment that promotes the physical, social, emotional, cognitive, and creative development of young children. Its policies note a three-step problem solving technique for disagreements, with adults acting as facilitators, not problem solvers. Students bring their own lunches and drinks, and lunch can also be purchased at Bonnie Academy. Lunch is followed by nap time from 12:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.
