Since 2018, FR3RUNNING Society has been a place for kids to learn and enjoy Parkour, Ninja Warrior, Rock Climbing, Mixed Martial Arts, and basics of Film/TV Stunt Training. The program includes options for a wide age range from crawling babies to teenagers, with a Ninja Tots program for little ones, Advanced Flex classes for older kids ready for more challenge, and invite-only Flex One and Flex Two programs for the most advanced students that focus on mastering flow, mental toughness, and teaching skills, and serve as a bridge to competitive teams. FR3RUNNING Society has multiple locations in Los Angeles and Culver City and uses a Portable Training Package to bring a professional, safe, and creative atmosphere to different spaces.

The leadership team includes Mayo as General Manager, Mark as Operations Manager, Keith as Team Coach, and Dax as Lead Coach and Jedi Master. Coach Mayo leads the facility and is described as a seasoned professional in stunts and directing. Mark Ramsey began his career at Equinox Fitness Clubs in New York City during its founding days and has extensive experience in fitness club management, personal training, and sales. Coach Keith trains MMA in his off time. David “Dax” Bauer is FR3RUNNING Society’s resident Smash Bros expert and used to be a full-time teacher, then a tutor and substitute teacher. Other team members include Coach Steven, parkour coach Chaucer, Lani, and Coach Ben.

FR3RUNNING staff members must have current CPR and AED certifications, and all staff members are screened through the DOJ and FBI. The program states that it specializes in Parkour, Martial Arts, and Stunt Training for kids and teens, and that its classes are professional, safe, and engaging, and inspire young people to stay active, build skills, and connect with a supportive community, while exploring the joy of movement and creativity.

Mark, the Operations Manager, is dedicated to supporting FR3RUNNING Society, where his children are active members, and he envisions creating an expanding, vibrant parkour brand and contributing to a welcoming community that encourages growth and pride among its members.
