KD MMA

• Kickboxing — Adults; kids 6+ · Tue; Thu evenings; Sat AM · Stand-up striking with Muay Thai influence. Beginners welcome; intensity scales.
• Muay Thai — Little Munchkins → adults; all levels · Northridge; weekday evenings · The art of eight limbs — punches, kicks, elbows, knees and clinch.
• MMA — Experienced members; invite-only pro track · Mon; Wed; Fri; Glendale flagship · The full integration — striking, takedowns, ground game.
• Competition Team — Invite; Elite tier: no extra fee. Performance tier: per-event cornering rate. Fight-camp programming.

KD MMA was founded by Karen Darabedyan. The mission statement says it is a group of three academies across Los Angeles that teaches from three-year-olds and coaches pros, with the same standards for both. All memberships subject to California's 10-day cancellation right under Civil Code §1812.85. All KD MMA coaches have undergone background checks and hold current CPR/First Aid certification.
