AYSO Region 23 is a non-profit organization and a 100% volunteer organization. Parents serve as coaches, referees, team parents, and board members in AYSO Region 23. AYSO Region 23 has been serving the children and community of Hacienda Heights for over 45 years. The mission of AYSO Region 23 is to develop and deliver quality youth soccer programs, which promote a fun, family environment based on six philosophies: Everyone Plays, Balanced Teams, Open Registrations, Positive Coaching, Good Sportsmanship, and Player Development. In AYSO, every player on every team plays at least 50 percent of the game.
