Healdsburg Dance Collective

Healdsburg Dance Collective (HDC) is a nonprofit dance advocacy organization hosting a dance program in Healdsburg, CA for kids and adults. Taught by independent teachers (all professional dancers) at four local movement studios, this cohesive program offers classes in creative movement, ballet, and contemporary for kids 1+, along with weekly drop-in adult classes. HDC teachers aim to cultivate classrooms that are collaborative vs. competitive and that welcome anyone who wants to dance. The Collective in turn makes this inclusive approach possible through its scholarship fund, available to all students, and presents an annual show at The Raven Performing Arts Center.
