Parkpoint Healdsburg Kids Programs include child care, Parents Night Out, kids camps, Youth Swim for Fitness Training, Parent Tot swim lessons, private kids swim lessons, and Teen Fitness Certification. Parents Night Out includes dinner, crafts, games, and a movie. Private kids swim lessons are offered year-round with staff who have worked with all ages and backgrounds, and instructors provide lessons for kids 3 months and up.
• Ages: 0–12 years old
• Schedule: Child care is available in reserved sessions of up to two hours per day, with reservations made in 15-minute increments.
• Price: $7 per hour for members and guests of members, with payment required at the time of booking, and no fee if the child is active on the membership.
Child care is available for children 3 months to 10 years old, with reservations required and accepted up to 3 days in advance through the Front Desk or Junior Club staff. Child care staffing ratios are one infant to one staff member for ages 3 to 18 months, and four children to one staff member for ages 19 months to 10 years. Toys and surfaces in child care are cleaned and disinfected on a regular basis, and children who are ill are not allowed in child care. Parents Night Out is offered for ages 2 to 10 years. Children age 11 and up are invited to take part in free Teen Fitness Certification.
Swim instructors at Parkpoint Healdsburg Kids Programs include Kristan Arreguin, a swim instructor since 2015, personal trainer since 2013, Masters swimmer and triathlete who works with children 7 years and older and adults, and Mielle Maclure, a private swim instructor since 2019 who has worked with children of all ages and skills and is a collegiate athlete in swimming and water polo. The staff of qualified instructors offers fun-filled expert lessons for kids 3 months and up.
Parkpoint Health Club opened in August 1983 as the first full-service health club in Sonoma County, with the Healdsburg location opening in 2006, and the clubs have been locally owned for over 40 years.
