Parkpoint Healdsburg Kids Programs include child care, Parents Night Out, kids camps, Youth Swim for Fitness Training, Parent Tot Swim Lessons, private kids swim lessons, and Teen Fitness Certification. Parents Night Out includes dinner, crafts, games, and a movie. Child care takes place in a space with toys, and toys and surfaces are cleaned and disinfected on a regular basis.

• Ages: 3 months–12 years old
• Schedule: Child care available mornings and some afternoons on specific weekdays, with reservations up to two hours per day in 15-minute increments
• Price: $7 per hour for child care for members and guests of members, with payment required at time of booking and no fee if the child is active on the membership

Child care is available for children 3 months to 10 years old, with reservations that can be made up to 3 days in advance. Child care uses a ratio of one infant to one staff member for ages 3 to 18 months, and four children to one staff member for ages 19 months to 10 years. Children who are ill are not allowed in child care. Parents Night Out is for ages 2 to 10 years. Youth Swim for Fitness Training is for ages 7 to 12 years. Parent Tot Swim Lessons are for ages 3 months to 3 years, and private kids swim lessons are offered year-round. Swim instructors work with children from 3 months and up, including all ages and skill levels. Children age 11 and up are invited to take part in free Teen Fitness Certification.

Swim staff include Kristan Arreguin, a swim instructor since 2015 and personal trainer since 2013, who is a masters swimmer and triathlete and works with children 7 years and older and adults. Nora Ericsson has been a swim instructor since 2022, was a varsity swimmer from 2020 to 2024, and works with all ages 3 months and up. Mielle Maclure has been a private swim instructor since 2019, works with children of all ages and skills, and is a collegiate athlete in swimming and water polo. Morgan Puckett has been a swim instructor since 2023, is a collegiate swimmer, and works with children and adults of all ages and skills. Heidi Sears has been a swim instructor since 2013, has worked with children since 2008, was a competitive swimmer for 11 years, and works with children and adults. Jules Thompson has been a swim instructor since 2022, works with children of all ages, and is available on weekdays and weekends. Madelyn Trull has been a swim instructor since 2026, works with children of all ages, is a varsity swim team captain, and is available on weekends.

The leadership team includes Bill Buchanan as Owner, Jennifer Couch as Senior General Manager, Heidi Eaton as General Manager, and Sheila Tsarnas as Membership Services Coordinator for the Healdsburg location. Parkpoint Health Club opened in August 1983 as the first full-service health club in Sonoma County, the Sonoma club opened in 1989, and the Healdsburg location opened in 2006. Parkpoint states that it is committed to the health and well-being of mind, body, and spirit, and that its staff offers innovative fitness and lifestyle programs. The ownership and management of Parkpoint Clubs state that they support racial and gender equality in their hiring practices and membership diversity and that they will not tolerate discrimination in any form. Parkpoint is locally owned for over 40 years and has three Sonoma County locations.
