AYSO Region 143 Youth Soccer offers youth soccer, an EPIC (VIP) soccer program, an EXTRA soccer program, summer camps and clinics, and a youth referee program. The program includes a Youth Referee Program, an EPIC (VIP) program, and an EXTRA program as part of its soccer offerings.

The region has been named Section 11 Region of the Year and is recognized as Region 143 - Region of the Year. The leadership team includes Doug Wood (Regional Commissioner), Yves Vaillant (Treasurer), Susan Rodriguez (Registrar; Badge Coordinator; 12U Boys & Girls; 14U Boys & Girls; 16U/19U Boys & Girls), Travis Ingrao (Child Volunteer Protection Advocate), Tim Fisher (Regional Coach Administrator/Assistant RC), Armando Sanbrano (Regional Referee Administrator), Dean West (Safety Director), Sam Giles (EPIC), and Mark Cartnal (EXTRA Coordinator; Director of Coach Instruction). Additional board and division roles are held by Katie Harris (10U Boys; 10U Girls; Calendar / IT / Web Admin; Social Media), Rebecca Balestrieri (6U Girls; Sportsmanship Awards; Events / Secretary), Crystal McClelland (6U Boys), Gina Ortiz (8U Boys), Lynsday Harrison (Playground/Schoolyard), and Kim Smith (Scheduler).
The broader American Youth Soccer Organization, which Region 143 is part of, is involved in partnerships with Chicago Public Schools, the US Center for Mental Health & Sport, the Northland Sports Alliance in Kansas City, and BEEUP Snacks as the Official Fruit Snack Partner for the 2025–2026 season.
