About
Studio Fusion Dance Programs offers Summer Dance Camps, AcroDance classes, and focused workshops such as an Acro Workshop, a Summer Experience Intensive, a Dance Team Workshop, and a Turning Technique Workshop. Dancers take part in activities including balancing, limbering, tumbling, and partnering as part of acro technique, which is described as being based in flexibility, contortion, and strength. Summer Dance Camps include learning multiple dance styles and a performance at the end of the week.

The mission statement for Studio Fusion focuses on cultivating a vibrant community where artistry, unity, and wellness converge, with an emphasis on nurturing the whole dancer—body, mind, and spirit—through creativity, collaboration, and holistic growth. Robert Contreras is the Company Director and states, “I bring with me 14 years of director experience and over 20 years of coaching and leadership experience.” In his testimonial, he describes his teaching philosophy as training the whole dancer—body, mind and spirit—and states that his ultimate goal is training healthy and mindful leaders for the future, that he is dedicated to creating a safe and positive environment, and that he is excited to bring in guest faculty and help choose events that support the vision and philosophy being taught in the classroom.
