Elite Prep offers admissions guidance, tutoring, accredited coursework through Elite Open School, test preparation, and extracurricular development programs. Elite Open School, which partners with Elite Prep, is a WASC- and Cognia-accredited private K–12 school offering 95+ fully accredited AP, Honors, and Dual-Credit courses, including the UC A-G “g” approved Honors Advanced Academic Literacy course. Honors Advanced Academic Literacy is a credit-bearing college-prep elective honors course that develops analytical reading, writing, quantitative reasoning, and data literacy skills; students earn 0.5 high school credit with a letter grade and official transcript through Elite Open School, and the course includes structured instruction, guided practice, regular assessments, and full-length SAT practice tests. Students can earn UC honors credit for completing Elite’s SAT Boot Camp through Honors Advanced Academic Literacy, and to earn honors credit they must complete coursework and assessments and earn a minimum overall score of 80%.
Elite staff and instructors are described as motivated, genuine, enthusiastic individuals who share a sincere passion for education. Branch Director qualifications include a completed bachelor’s degree, at least three years of experience in education and/or sales, a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle, strong organizational, planning, communication, presentation, and customer service skills, the ability to prioritize and work independently on multiple activities, a dynamic and engaging personality, effective written communication and public speaking skills, patience, sincerity, compassion, proficiency with computer programs and general office equipment, and the ability to work full-time between 12 p.m. and 8 p.m. on weekdays and between 8:30 a.m. and 5 p.m. on Saturdays, with related work experience strongly preferred. Assistant Branch Director requirements include a completed bachelor’s degree, at least one year of experience in education and/or sales, a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle, similar organizational, communication, customer service, and technical skills, the ability to work full-time between 12 p.m. and 8 p.m. on weekdays and between 8:30 a.m. and 6 p.m. on Saturdays, and related work experience strongly preferred.
