Strikers FC Irvine offers soccer activities that include a junior soccer school, soccer development, recreational soccer, mini soccer, and Touch N Go soccer. The program uses a consistent training approach across these activities.

Strikers FC Irvine was formed in the early 1980s and has over 40 years of experience developing players from Orange County. The club follows a training methodology that starts with U8 teams and continues through U19 squads, with age-specific regimens defined by U.S. Soccer and consistent training for all Strikers FC players. The leadership team is led by Don Ebert, who is described as one of the more highly regarded soccer trainers in the nation, along with coaching staff that includes Roy Chingirian, Willie Diaz, Sean Ganey, Sean Ganey, and others.

STRIKERS FC Irvine has received national recognition for being one of the top clubs in the country for producing collegiate, professional, and national team players. In 2021, Strikers FC announced it would be the first soccer club in Orange County to join the MLS Next and the Elite Academy League program, and the club offers a pathway that includes MLS Next. The club lists many professional alumni playing across the globe and U.S. Men’s National Team alumni including Benny Feilhaber, Bobby Wood, Chad Marshall, Chris Pontius, Christian Ramirez, Jonathan Bornstein, Matthew Hoppe, Michael Orozco, and Steven Birnbaum. Strikers FC Irvine also offers an elite grassroots junior soccer school program that develops fundamental skills to prepare players for the next level and provides a SOCCER.COM store where families can purchase Strikers FC gear such as jackets and training tops.
