Vienna Music Institute offers private lessons, theory class for CM test, musicality master classes, music theory classes, chamber music classes, and string chamber orchestras. The theory class for CM test is open to everyone, runs for 8 weeks, is held virtually using Zoom, and meets Saturday 4:00-5:15 PM and Thursday 7:30-8:45 PM.

- Theory class for CM test — Saturday 4:00-5:15 PM and Thursday 7:30-8:45 PM · $320 · Open to everyone. Designed to help students planning to take the CM (Certificate of Merit) test. The class is 8 weeks long and held virtually using Zoom.
- Musicality master classes — Students perform for each other and receive comments from faculty.
- Music theory classes — Classes in music theory to prepare students for Certificate of Merit and other music theory tests.
- Chamber music classes — Classes in chamber music (string quartets).
- String chamber orchestras — Two string chamber orchestras are offered.

About the provider
Vienna Music Institute says it has been a leading school of music education in Irvine and Orange County for the past over a decade. The school says faculty hold Bachelor’s or Master’s degrees from Cleveland, Peabody, UCI, USC, Vienna City Conservatory (Austria), and more. It also says ten percent of Irvine School District Honor Orchestra winners are from VMI every year, and typically twenty to thirty students win SYMF Competition annually. Students participate in local competitions and orchestra auditions, including the Irvine Honor Orchestra Audition and SYMF.
Lessons are available in 30, 45, or 60 minute segments. New students get a 15 minute free preview lesson with advance scheduling. The theory class fee is $320 and not refundable; payment is due before the first class.
