Surf Diva Kids & Teen Surf Camp offers surf lessons as part of a weeklong summer surf camp for children and teens. The program is part of Surf Diva’s kids and teen surf camps and includes child-friendly surf lessons.

• Schedule: Weeklong summer surf camp; shop hours 8:30am–7:30pm, with 4th of July hours 8:30am–4:00pm
Surf Diva was founded in 1996 by twin sisters and co-owners Izzy and Coco Tihanyi. The organization states that it is committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and educational environment where children of all skill levels can learn to surf and thrive. Surf Diva is celebrating its 28th anniversary of operations. Co-founder Izzy Tihanyi received the 2003 Surfrider Foundation Waterperson of the Year award, and in 2007 Izzy and Coco received a commendation from Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger. Surf Diva has also been recognized as the Surf Industry Manufacturers Association (SIMA) Women’s Retailer of the Year.
Surf Diva is actively involved in charities and outreach to support the local community and raise awareness to protect the environment, with a focus on programs supporting education and female-specific action sports services. Through its Retail Therapy fundraiser events, Surf Diva offers private VIP shopping events to raise funds for organizations, has hosted groups of 20 to 65 guests at no cost to the organization, and provides a 10% discount to guests while matching that 10% as a donation for a total 20% contribution. Surf Diva has raised funds for organizations including Life Rolls On, National Aids Trust, TOMS Shoes, Freedom Is Not Free, and local schools.
