Surf Diva Kids & Teen Surf Camp

Surf Diva Kids & Teen Surf Camp offers surf camp for ages 5–17. The program includes 5-day summer camps running Monday through Friday, with Morning Camp, Menehune Camp, Afternoon Camp, and Full Day Camp options; full day is recommended for kids ages 8 and up. Surf lessons are also offered for ages 5 and up, and each lesson includes a surfboard and rashguard.

About the provider

Surf Diva has operated since 1996, and its surf camp and American Surf Academy have been teaching kids and teens since 1999. The program says it offers a safe, inclusive, educational, and supportive environment where children of all skill levels can learn to surf and thrive. It is a permitted surf operator in the City of San Diego, and instructors are CPR, First Aid, and Lifesaving certified; camp instructors are lifeguard certified and ocean experienced. Surf Diva is also involved in charities and outreach to support the local community and raise awareness to protect the environment.

Surf lessons have a 16% City of San Diego surcharge added at checkout. SUP lesson prices do not include a 16% City of San Diego surcharge. Semi-private surf lessons are for your group only. Maximum instructor-to-student ratio for semi-private surf lessons is 1:5. Full-day camp is recommended for kids ages 8 and up.
