Summer Music Camps

Summer Music Camps offers four different summer music camps: Musical Theatre Camp: Wicked Edition, Piano Power Camp, Harmony Makers Choir Camp, and Taylor Through the Eras: Camp Edition. Campers sing, act, and shine while they explore songs and scenes inspired by Wicked, build vocal skills, stage confidence, and performance technique, and take part in group singing experiences. They learn piano fundamentals, note reading, rhythm skills, and simple songs in an engaging, high-energy group piano setting, and they sing, perform, and explore the music and style of Taylor Swift across the eras while working on vocals, stage presence, and songwriting, and preparing music to perform at the end of the week.

Creative Cultivation Studio states that all staff are trained, background checked, and fingerprinted, and that it proudly and confidently trains, background checks, and fingerprints all staff. The studio describes its mission by saying, “Our studio thrives on kindness, nurturing students, and fostering both creativity and knowledge.” The leadership team includes Shannon Saravia – Piano Teacher + Studio Owner; Kaley Riffey – Administrative Coordinator; Bell Martel – Lead Scheduling & Communications Coordinator; Anna Frank – Scheduling + Communications Assistant, Sub Voice + Piano Teacher; Desi Whorton – Teacher; and Emily Cacnio – Piano + Voice Teacher. Owner Shannon founded Creative Cultivation Studio in 2020, and in 2023 the studio found its home in downtown La Verne. The studio describes itself as “A Music Studio for All Ages to Discover the Joy of Music,” with lessons tailored to each student, focusing on their unique needs and strengths, and it notes that it is serving the greater La Verne, CA area. The program lists a refund policy stating that all tuition, registration fees, and payments for lessons, classes, workshops, and programs are non-refundable and non-transferable, and that no refunds or credits will be issued for missed classes, withdrawals, or schedule changes, and it offers optional add-ons including early drop-off, late pick-up, and private lessons.
