Ladera Ranch Little League offers Tee Ball, Coach Pitch, Rookie, Single A, Double A, Triple A, Majors, Intermediate 50/70, Juniors, Seniors, Big League, and Challenger. Tee Ball, Coach Pitch, and Rookie are instructional baseball divisions with scores and standings not kept and no playoffs. Single A is instructional baseball with friendly competitive play, and Double A through Big League follow league rule formats for each division.
Programs
- Tee Ball Division — League age 4 and 5; some league age 6 playing down · Non-competitive, instructional baseball. Emphasis on fun and skill development. Scores and standings are not kept and there are no playoffs.
- Coach Pitch Division — League age 6; some league age 5 playing up and some league age 7 playing down · Non-competitive, instructional baseball. Emphasis on fun and skill development. Scores and standings are not kept and there are no playoffs.
- Rookie Division — League age 7; some league age 6 playing up and some league age 8 playing down · Instructional baseball. Emphasis on fun and skill development. Scores and standings are not kept and there are no playoffs.
- Single A Division — League age 7-8 · Instructional baseball with skill development. Friendly competitive play is encouraged, but winning and losing should be de-emphasized.
- Double A Division — League age 8-10 · Playing rules conform to the 2014 Official Regulation and Playing Rules for Minor League Baseball with some modifications or additions in the LRLL Local Rules.
- Triple A Division — League age 9-11 · Playing rules conform to the 2014 Official Regulation and Playing Rules for Minor League Baseball with some modifications or additions in the LRLL Local Rules.
- Majors Division — League age 10-12 · Playing rules conform to the 2014 Official Regulation and Playing Rules for Minor League Baseball with some modifications or additions in the LRLL Local Rules.
- Intermediate 50/70 Division — League age 12-13 · Supplement to Majors or Juniors. The playing rules for 50/70 are the same as Juniors.
- Juniors Division — League age 12-14 · Playing rules determined based on the format and schedule proposed by District 68. Any rules addendum will be documented by the Board of Directors.
- Seniors Division — League age 15-16 · Playing rules determined based on the format and schedule proposed by District 68. Any rules addendum will be documented by the Board of Directors.
- Big League Division — League age 17-18 · Playing rules determined based on the format and schedule proposed by District 68. Any rules addendum will be documented by the Board of Directors.
- Challenger Division — All ages; special needs division · Players outside Ladera Ranch are welcome to register.

About the provider
Ladera Ranch Little League was founded in 2003. It is a non-profit charitable organization chartered under Little League International, Inc. and Little League District 68 of Southern California. It operates as an all-volunteer program and relies on support from families, local businesses, corporate and community sponsors. Its mission is to provide a safe, instructional and fun environment for children ages 4-18, and it offers a Challenger program for special needs players.
