Ladera Ranch Little League offers Little League Baseball with multiple divisions, including Tee Ball, Coach Pitch, Rookie, Single A, Double A, Triple A, Majors, Intermediate 50/70, Juniors, Seniors, Big League, and a Challenger Division. The program includes a Challenger Division that is a special needs division and is open to players of all ages, and players outside Ladera Ranch are welcome to register for this division.

Ladera Ranch Little League was founded in 2003 in south Orange County as a part of District 68. It is a non-profit charitable organization that operates as an all-volunteer program and brings “America's Pastime” to over 1,000 children each year. The league is chartered under Little League International, Inc. and Little League District 68 of Southern California. Its stated mission is to provide a safe, instructional and fun environment for the children of Ladera Ranch, California, ages 4–18, and to “promote, develop, supervise, and voluntarily assist in all lawful ways, the interest of those who will participate in Little League Baseball.” The league relies on the support of a network of families, local businesses, corporate sponsors, and community sponsors. It is one of the few leagues in the area to offer a Challenger program for special needs players.
