About
Optimus Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Youth Programs offers Kids' Jiu-Jitsu for ages 4 and up. Classes open with calisthenics and stretching before moving into technique and live training.
Programs
- Adult Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu — Adult classes are structured for newcomers and students transitioning from other disciplines; curriculum moves from white belt fundamentals toward black belt-level proficiency.
- Kids' Jiu-Jitsu — 4 and up
- Mixed Martial Arts — Offered for youth and adults.
- Kickboxing — Offered for youth and adults.

About the provider
The program was founded in 2011. Grant Collins is the head instructor and owner, and he is a 4th degree black belt and two-time national champion. The academy also has a team of instructors trained in CPR and first aid. Its mission is to give every student, whether they are four years old or forty, a clear path forward in the art.
New students can begin with a complimentary private lesson. The facility is sanitized daily. The academy publishes its full class schedule online.
