The Summer Camp Team includes Ingrid Trenton, Denise Slocum, Sarah Kettles, and Teresa Leal, with additional school leadership that includes Maureen Bournazian (Head of School), Sevan Azizian (Director of Safety and Security), Stephanie Callahan (Director of Marketing and Communications), Merna Eissa (School Counselor), Mark Dohn (Technology Teacher, Grades K–8), Chayse Covarrubias (Pre-K Teacher), and Diana Dollete (Preschool Teacher). A staff member listed with medical credentials is Rachel Duru, RN, BSN. St. Anne Catholic School states that it is an independent Roman Catholic school with a mission that focuses on academic achievement, spiritual formation, character development, and collaboration among teachers, administrators, and parents.

The school lists several distinctive academic and technology features, including a technology-integrated curriculum, 1:1 classroom iPads in Grades K–2, 1:1 iPads with Logitech keyboards and digital crayons in Grades 3–4, and 1:1 MacBooks in Grades 5–8. It reports an average student–teacher ratio of 8:1 in ECDC, 14:1 in Lower School, and 15:1 in Middle School, and offers Future Problem Solving in Grades 3–8. The school notes that 97% of students matriculate from Lower School to Middle School, that 50% of St. Anne alumni are accepted into honors classes each year at local Catholic high schools JSerra and Santa Margarita, and that more than $3.7 million in college scholarships were offered to high school graduates of the St. Anne classes of 2016 and 2017.

Under its “Knights Explore: The World is Your Classroom” program, the school lists field trips by grade level: Kindergarten to the Ocean Institute, 1st grade to Centennial Farms, 2nd grade whale watching, 3rd grade to Santiago Oaks Regional Park, 4th grade to Sacramento, 5th grade to AstroCamp, 6th grade to Pali Mountain, 7th grade to Catalina Island, and 8th grade to Washington, D.C. The school’s community involvement statement says that a student gives back to his or her school and global community by offering time, energy, talents, and resources, and understands the importance of and participates in local and global charitable Christian service.

One family testimonial states that “Summer Knights Day Camp has been nothing short of exceptional and very much a lifesaver for our family,” and describes their daughters as excited to attend each day, with projects, songs, games, day trips, and adventures that vary every week, and friendships and bonds formed with camp counselors, and concludes with a recommendation of St. Anne Summer Camp “without reservation.”
