USA Wado Ryu Karate-Do offers beginner, intermediate, and advanced karate for kids and adults. It also includes Kobudo (Weapons) with bo staff, sai, and nunchaku, and Competition Karate for students training in sparring (kumite) and forms (kata).
Programs

- Advanced Kids and Adults — kids and adults
- Kobudo (Weapons) — Traditional weapons art that complements karate training. Students learn fundamentals, proper handling, techniques, and forms using classical Okinawan weapons such as the bo staff, sai, and nunchaku.
- Competition Karate — Designed for students preparing for tournament competition in sparring (kumite) and forms (kata). Training focuses on speed, precision, timing, strategy, and performance under pressure.

About the provider
The program is led by Nishimura Sensei. Wado-Ryu Karate was founded in 1938 as “Shinshu Wado-ryu Karate-Jujutsu.” Its mission statement says, “Think not of the Martial Arts as combat alone; it is also the study of peace and seeking the way of harmony.”
