Broadway Arts Studio

Broadway Arts Studio offers classes in dance, acting, voice, and musical theatre, including styles such as Hip Hop, Pom, Ballet, Jazz, Musical Theatre Jazz, Tap, Contemporary, Lyrical, and Acro. Students can join programs like Creative Playhouse, Broadway Playhouse Jr., Broadway Playhouse, multiple levels of Musical Theatre Lab, Acting Fundamentals and Acting 1–3, Acting Improv, Acting Sketch Comedy, Acting Monologues, Shakespeare, and Vocal Performance 1–4. The studio also offers voice private lessons, private coaching for voice, acting, and dance, college pre-screens, coaching for Commercial/TV and Orange County School of the Arts submissions, summer camps, youth musical productions, a competitive dance team, and non-competitive dance classes.

Broadway Arts Studio trains students of all levels and offers over 120 classes, including a Pre-K and K program, Dance and Musical Theatre Conservatories, dance teams that are competitive and non-competitive, 5–6 youth musical productions per year through Broadway Youth Theatre, and Camp Broadway OC summer camps and musicals. The studio offers free trials for classes, an easy make-up policy for missed classes, two optional recitals per year that are typically one hour long, class syllabi with benchmarks and leveled training, and personalized consultations directly from the owners. Broadway Arts Studio was founded by Darcie Roberts Magino and Troy Magino, who have been married for over 22 years and bring a combined 60+ years of knowledge and experience. Troy has been an adjunct professor at USC and UCI.
