TwentyTwo Basketball offers youth tryouts, club basketball, and weekly group training sessions that include work on shooting, dribbling, passing, and defense. The program also runs the OC Prep League recreation league, which includes 1 game per week and training for boys and girls in K–6th grade. Players have access to an integrated strength and conditioning program, video recording for game analysis, recovery and regeneration support, and a diet and nutrition plan clinic.

The OC Prep League was created by the program to prepare youth basketball players for intermediate play and club level basketball. The program notes that it operates inside the newest basketball facility, OC Hoop Legends, which features 2-tier viewing and air conditioning.
