About
Lemon Grove Day Camp offers a full day of activities that include sports, arts and crafts, games, STEM projects, clubs, and themed events. Campers take part in courtyard games such as four square and tether ball, play board games, pool, ping pong, and air hockey, and have time for movies and reading. The program also includes organized games like dodge ball, indoor soccer, basketball, volleyball, flag football, kickball, capture the flag, blue mat wars, Kings and Queens, and wiffle ball.

• Schedule: Open 6:30 a.m.–6:00 p.m., with sessions offered during school breaks that align with the Lemon Grove School District calendar, including Spring Break, Summer, Fall, Turkey, and Winter
• Price: Full Week: $95; 3-Day: $80; Sibling Discount: $85; additional payment methods include YMCA and CDA
Each camp is led by a team of trained Community Services staff. The City of Lemon Grove Community Services Division provides the Day Camp program. The City of Lemon Grove Community Services Division states that it provides exciting and enriching opportunities for children to stay active, make new friends, and explore their creativity in a safe and welcoming environment.
Campers are asked to bring at least two nutritional snacks and a lunch every day, along with plenty of water, and to wear sneakers or tennis shoes instead of open-toe shoes, sandals, or crocs. It is recommended that jackets, water bottles, and lunch pails be labeled, and campers are asked not to bring valuables, as the City will not be responsible for lost or stolen items. Recreation staff will check the ID of every adult at the gate at pick up.
