In Mind Designs Art Classes

In Mind Designs Art Classes offers group art classes, private lessons, and independent projects that include fine art, illustration, murals, ceramics, and an art lesson and art exercise in each class. Classes start with a free draw segment, and the remaining 15 minutes of class are used for critique where students have the opportunity to show their work. The studio also offers a fun art party for a child’s birthday or special event and uses a wide range of media, using everything except oil paints.

• Price: Tuition rates are currently $105.00 per month for 1 class per week.

In Mind Designs Art Classes is taught in a multi media studio with ceramics as well. The program offers a complimentary class, and families are welcome to come by the studio and try a complimentary class before enrolling. Sibling discounts are available for non–Charter School families.

The instructor, Gianna Ferrario-Evers (Gianna, Mrs. G), received her training at California State University, Sacramento in Art Education. She has taught privately with children and adults and has worked for the Livermore and Pleasanton School District and the Livermore Parks and Recreation Departments in after school and summer art programs for children. She previously served as Artistic Director for Gate/Fine Arts in the Dublin School District and is currently a Certified Instructor for Connecting Waters Charter School. Through her business “In Mind Designs,” she works professionally in Santa Clara and Alameda counties and worked as a scenic artist with the Pleasanton Playhouse for their 2001/2002 show season.
