USSD Livermore offers Karate classes that include self defense instruction, bully-prevention, and weapons training. The program uses a combination of group and personalized self defense instruction, with fun and engaging kids classes that focus on self esteem and character building through the martial arts. USSD Livermore also offers age-specific classes for kids, teens, and adults, along with a Tiny Tigers class.

USSD Livermore has been serving Livermore since 1994 and has been proudly serving the Livermore area for over 30 years, with a multi-generational legacy that includes generations of families training and at least one grandchild who has just begun training. The dojo community is described as incredibly welcoming to both beginners and experienced practitioners, with Karate rooted in the Livermore community and Livermore students participating in age-specific classes and real-world skill building.
