WE Basketball Performance offers private training for athletes ages 618, with sessions built around the athlete and up to 3 participants. The program also offers small group training for 58 athletes, Train & Play for up to 25 athletes, teams for ages 817, and camps and clinics for ages 618.
Programs
- Private Training — 6–18 · Private sessions built around your athlete, up to 3. Shooting mechanics, ball-handling, footwork, finishing, and basketball IQ. Start with an evaluation.
- Small Group — Groups of 5–8 athletes of similar level. Competitive reps and the pace that comes from working alongside other hungry athletes. Start with an evaluation.
- Train & Play — 10–18 · Mon, Wed, Fri, 6:00–7:15 PM · Large-group skill class, up to 25 athletes. Skill development plus live runs in the same session.
- Training for Her — A development track built for girls' athletes.
- Teams — 8–17 · Year-round competitive teams, skill-tier placement, season-long practices and games. Start with an evaluation.
- Camps & Clinics — 6–18 · Seasonal camps and clinics; weekly skill classes Mon, Wed, Fri, 6:00–7:15 PM · Seasonal camps and focused skill classes. The weekly skill classes are year-round.

About the provider
Shanelle and Randy Hite are named as the coaching family behind WE, and the page also refers to founders and head coaches. The mission statement says, "Building athletes, developing character, and creating community. Community over individual. Development, accountability, and belonging." The WE Foundation, also called WE HERE, gives more kids access to the game and the gym.
- Court Rental — Rent a full court. Anyone can book online.
- Shooting Machine Rental — Shooting machine rental. Members and non-members can book.
All new trainings start with an evaluation. Year-round competitive teams are for ages 8–17. A sibling discount is mentioned for some offerings. No membership is needed to book a court or shooting machine.
