About

WestCoast Training Center offers Open Gym, Summer Camps, Tiny Tumblers, and Acrobatic Gymnastics. The program includes activities on specialized equipment such as spring floors, a trampoline tumbling track, overhead spotting belts, and a US String Bed trampoline. Tiny Tumblers use a dedicated gymnastics room upstairs that is separate from the main training area.

• Ages: 3–17 years old
• Schedule: Gym and office hours with afternoon and early evening options Monday–Friday, plus Saturday morning hours
• Price: The annual family membership fee is $50, collected at the time of the first enrollment.

WestCoast Training Center was established in 2008. A membership is required to participate in classes, and membership is not required for Open Gym, camps, or KNO programs. Parents can watch athletes from viewing areas with live TV streaming downstairs in the lobby and in an upstairs viewing room for Tiny Tumblers. The stated mission is to focus on strong basics, confident learning, and quality execution during classes, with an emphasis on a fun and positive experience.

The leadership team includes Kristen Allen and Michael Rodrigues, who were the first mixed pair to win gold in Acrobatic Gymnastics at the World Games and the second to win gold at the World Championships for the USA. WestCoast Training Center is home to World Games and World Championship gold medalists, World Champions, and 2014 AcroArmy members on America’s Got Talent. WestCoast proudly supports acrobatic gymnastics and is home to the only Acrobatic Gymnastics team in the Livermore / Pleasanton area, with a reputation as one of the best competitive acrobatic gymnastics teams in the United States. The program has a 5-star rating by athletes and parents. Free trial classes are offered, and the program is described as built for champions, proven by results, and focused on training smarter and competing stronger for youth, competitive, and elite-level athletes.
