WestCoast Training Center offers Tiny Tumblers for ages 3-5, a 45-minute beginner class that introduces young athletes to movement, strength, and coordination. It also offers Gym 1 for ages 5+, with rolls, handstands, cartwheels, and bridge holds. Additional classes include Gym 2 with headstands, bridge kick-overs, and round-offs; Gym 3 with front limbers, round-offs, and walkovers; Gym 4 with front and back handsprings and front flipping skills; Gym 5 with aerials, back flips, and layouts; and Gym 6 with front aerials, twisting, and standing tucks.

Programs

• Tiny Tumblers — Ages 3-5 · $28–$30 per class · A 45-minute beginner class introducing young athletes to movement, strength, and coordination.
• Gym 1 — Ages 5+ · $28–$30 per class · Build foundational skills including rolls, handstands, cartwheels, and bridge holds.
• Gym 2 — Develop strength and control with headstands, bridge kick-overs, and round-offs.
• Gym 3 — Advance tumbling skills with front limbers, round-offs, and walkovers.
• Gym 4 — Learn front and back handsprings and begin front flipping skills.
• Gym 5 — Master aerials, back flips, and layouts.
• Gym 6 — Train advanced tumbling including front aerials, twisting, and standing tucks.
• Acro Pre-Team — $49 per class
• Summer Camp — 2026 summer camp dates: July 13–17, July 20–24, July 27–31. Weekly themes: Acro in Wonderland; Mine & Flip Summer Camp; FlipCraft Acro Adventure. Members: $225; Guests: $255.

About the provider

WestCoast Training Center was established in 2008. Its mission states that its classes focus on foundational gymnastics skills, acrobatic technique, and floor tumbling, with an emphasis on strength, coordination, and confidence. The program is home to World Games and World Championship Gold Medalists, including Kristen Allen and Michael Rodrigues, the first mixed pair to win gold in Acrobatic Gymnastics at the World Games and the second to win gold at the World Championships for the USA. It also supports acrobatic gymnastics and is home to the only Acrobatic Gymnastics team in the Livermore / Pleasanton area.

• Open Gym — Age Range: 5–16 years old
• Private Coaching — Single student: $80 per hour; Two students: $45 per person, per hour. Rates may vary by coach (±$10). Special rates available for Team athletes.
