Impact Sports Center offers preschool programs, preschool gymnastics, recreational gymnastics, Cirque, tumbling, Ninja Zone, Homeschool P.E., camps, events, silks, and hoops. Recreational gymnastics classes include a warm-up, two different apparatuses each week such as vault, bars, beam, and floor, and an ending activity. Impact Sports Center offers recreational gymnastics with four different levels and move-up certificates. The tumbling program has six levels: White, Yellow, Green, Blue, Purple, and Red. Cirque classes are 45 minutes and teach fundamentals of silks and hoops such as climbs, wraps, and inversions, and Cirque has four different levels. Ninja Zone has four levels and uses a Ninja Rig with new obstacles added monthly, and the first level has three age groups: 5-year-olds, 6–7-year-olds, and 8–13-year-olds. Homeschool P.E. is a 55-minute, once-a-week class that runs from September through May and is described as helping homeschoolers get their PE requirement taken care of. Adventures Beyond The Book, located in the same overall facility, offers hands-on, student-led, project-based classes. Families can request vouchers if Impact Sports Center is with their charter school.
The facility is fully air-conditioned. The stated goal of Impact Sports Center is to build self-esteem, strength, and big dreams in a fun, safe, and clean environment where the child always comes first. Impact Sports Center states that it measures success by the number of smiles that leave the building each day, not by the number of trophies on the wall.
