Impact Sports Center

Impact Sports Center offers activities that include Preschool Programs, Preschool Gymnastics, Recreational Gymnastics, Cirque, Tumbling, Ninja Zone, Homeschool P.E., Camps, Events, Summer Camps, and Adventures Beyond The Book. Recreational Gymnastics classes include a warm-up, two different apparatuses each week such as Vault, Bars, Beam, and Floor, and an ending activity, and they teach basics such as cartwheels, handstands, pullovers, and rolls. Cirque classes teach fundamentals of Silks and Hoops such as climbs, wraps, and inversions, and the Tumbling Program is organized into six levels: White, Yellow, Green, Blue, Purple, and Red. Ninja Zone offers three age groups within the first level (5-year-olds, 6–7-year-olds, and 8–13-year-olds), includes skills and obstacles, rolls, cartwheels, handstands, and circuits designed to promote strength, speed, and agility, and has four levels in total. Homeschool P.E. runs from September through May as 55-minute, once-a-week classes and includes basic gymnastics, tumbling and ninja skills, team building, exercises, and group games, while Adventures Beyond The Book classes are hands-on, student-led, and project-based, encouraging students to learn by doing, exploring, and working together.

• Schedule: Class and program options are available on weekdays during daytime and afternoon hours at both Lodi and Galt locations, with Homeschool P.E. meeting once a week from September through May and Summer Camps offering a full-day option in Lodi from 9:00 AM–5:00 PM when families register for both Morning and Afternoon Camp.
