Craft + Light Workshops and Kids Programs offers workshops that include candlemaking parties, resin workshops, acrylic pour, and clay activities. The program also offers kids birthday parties, private parties, corporate workshops, a kids art subscription box, a hat bar, and a Hat Lab in the studio where participants can create custom hats with a selection of patches. Craft + Light also provides thoughtfully curated craft kits, and the studio welcomes artists who want to teach as host instructors.

The Candlemaking Party for Six includes 2 oz candles, a choice of fragrance oils, and a candlemaking hack, and participants can bring their favorite drinks. The kids art subscription box ships across the United States or can be picked up in the Long Beach area. Gift cards are available as Craft + Light gift cards. The studio offers a start-up package for host instructors that covers how to market workshops, plan for success, and grow an email list.
Shelley is the Creative Director and is an educator and creative entrepreneur with more than twenty years of experience serving students, training teachers, and supporting leadership teams. Craft + Light has been in the community for over seven years, and in August 2019 Shelley opened CRAFT + LIGHT on 2nd Street in Naples, Long Beach, California. Her work has included collaborations with Facebook, LinkedIn, and PayPal, and partnerships with the City of Long Beach and the Long Beach Black Health Collaborative. Craft + Light seeks to inspire kids and adults, young and older, to live creatively through craft kits, private events, and workshops.
