The Jiu Jitsu League

The Jiu Jitsu League offers training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Submission Wrestling, and Self-Defense. The program includes adult Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes and kids classes that focus on these same activities. Families can try a first class for free, and private lessons are available.

The Jiu Jitsu League was established in 2009 and is led by Professor Kevin Howell. According to its mission statement, the Jiu-Jitsu League focuses on Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Submission Wrestling, and Self-Defense with instruction and training in Long Beach at 2nd and PCH in Marina Pacifica Mall. The program describes itself as a premier Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu academy in Long Beach, California, and as the #1 most recommended Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu school in Long Beach.
