Extreme Gymnastics

Extreme Gymnastics offers a wide range of activities, including Recreational Gymnastics, Competitive Gymnastics, Tumbling, Ninja, Urban Gymnastics, Toddler Time, Kinder Gymnastics, Little Ninjas, Homeschool Gymnastics, Girls Gymnastics, and Boys Gymnastics. The program also provides Open Gym, Itty Bitty Open Gym, Birthday Parties, Field Trips, and Camps. Extreme Gymnastics has expanded its gym to 17,000 sq. feet and offers many different programs for both girls and boys of all ages and skill levels.

Extreme Gymnastics has been serving Placer County and surrounding areas for over 24 years. The program states that it is a fun and safe environment for kids to get increased physical activity and begin to learn lifestyle habits that will hopefully last a lifetime. The facility is described as being like a fitness club for kids and teenagers, where they are involved in fun entertaining activities that keep them active. Extreme Gymnastics is a skill based program that focuses on teaching kids the skills they need and want in Gymnastics, Tumbling, Urban, and more, and it highlights an amazing kinder and parent participation program for younger children.
