Kyle and Emily Balga lead TNT Enrichment Center, along with Athena Balga, and are also listed as owners of TNT Kidz Center. Their mission is to teach students through mental, emotional, and physical self-discipline how to positively transform their character in all areas of their lives. They first met while working at the Boys and Girls Club in 2010, took steps toward their own programs starting in 2017, leased their first commercial music studio space in February 2020, and opened the Loomis enrichment center location in the fall of 2023. They describe the enrichment center as the next step toward their dream and state that they now offer Music, a Mixed Martial Arts Self Defense Program, and a Homeschool Enrichment Program to their school-age and adult community, along with full-day childcare programs for infants through high school–aged students.
They state that they believe in transparency, family inclusion, and individual choice, and that their goal is to be a character development program. They also state that they want to create a community of families that share a growth mindset and a passion for being better parents and community members. They describe their broader dream as eventually providing a space similar to the Olympic Training Center, offering high-level training in a wide variety of athletics, arts, and different activities. They note that they have received support from family, friends, staff, their landlord Ed Fong and his son Jeff, and financial support from the Hafeman, Altaffer, McBride, Pasewark, and Kloetzer families.
