City of Los Alamitos Recreation & Community Services Summer Camps

City of Los Alamitos Recreation & Community Services Summer Camps offers a wide range of options, including Summer Day Camp, themed camps like Beyond the Stars- Space Camp, Coral Cove Camp, Despicable Minion-Me Camp, and Cartooning Animals Summer Camp. The program also includes STEM and creative options such as Mad Science: NASA Space Academy, Mad Science: Rollercoaster Robotics, Minecraft Engineering Using Lego, Minecraft Movies, Pokemon Engineering Using Lego, YouTube Style Videos, Photography Club, AI Literacy for Teens, Chess Wizards, Sugar Cookie Decorating, and Ukulele - Beginning. Sports and movement activities include All-Star Multi-Sport Summer Camp with Sportball, 8 Sport Multi-sport with Sportball, Soccer and T-Ball Intro to League Play with Sportball, Skatedogs Skateboarding Camp, Skatedogs Skateboarding - NEW!, Youth Gymnastics and Tumbling, Aikido Martial Arts, Shotokan Karate/ Self-Defense Youth, Cross Country, Flag Football Clinic, Pickleball for Beginners, Jr. Pee Wee Baseball, Volley Clinic, Youth Basketball Clinic, Youth Volleyball League, and multiple Home Court Edge Basketball clinics and programs. Additional offerings include Ice Realm Basic Parent & Me, Ice Realm Fundamental Skate Lessons, Learn to Skate, Learn to Play Hockey, and the Youth Volleyball League.

Scholarship funds are available for all ages to assist low-income individuals and families in participating in Los Alamitos Recreation & Community Services Programs.
The program uses an activity registration system and website with online account creation for registration.
A partnership program is available with an array of sponsorship levels.

There are an array of sponsorship levels to choose from, which makes the partnership program an option for creating lasting relationships in the Los Alamitos community.
