PRO Coach Growth League offers basketball training and leadership development as part of its program. The activities are designed to engage participants in sports while focusing on leadership skills.

The program is part of Bald Eagle Sports Camps, which was founded over 20 years ago by Bob and Glenda McFarlane. Every coach and staff member is trained in the Positive Coaching Alliance methods, and the camp is recognized as the first ever Positive Coaching Alliance Approved Camp. It serves the Peninsula & South Bay Area, CA, and emphasizes the Positive Coaching Alliance message, PCA Double Goal Coaches certification, and the Development Zone System.
