Bob and Glenda McFarlane are the founders of Bald Eagle Sports Camps. Coach Bob is a previously Certified PCA Trainer and has over 40 years of coaching experience. The mission of Bald Eagle Sports Camps is to provide youth with Development Zones, safe spaces that teach leadership skills through sports activities. The site says Bald Eagle is the first ever Positive Coaching Alliance Approved Camp and the first ever camp to be deemed "PCA Approved." It also says every coach and staff member has been trained in Positive Coaching Alliance methods.
