RISE Performing Arts Center offers dance training led by highly qualified instructors who use a proven curriculum. The program continues the 50-year legacy of Marti’s Dance Studio and includes a Performing Company for dancers who enjoy performing without the pressure of competing. Summer registration is open.

RISE Performing Arts Center states that its foremost goal is to provide children with an environment they can thrive in. Its mission is to empower students by building their self-confidence, expanding their artistry, and supporting their personal growth, resulting in a community of passionate, empowered, and kind dancers. The program describes itself as more than just a dance studio, with students experiencing the joys of movement and friendship. The studio’s instructors use innovative training methods and thoughtful leadership and aim to provide high-quality dance training in a nurturing, family environment that teaches dancers to be confident, hard-working, and kind. Dancers in the Performing Company have opportunities to perform together at local community events such as the Los Altos Festival of Lights Parade in December and the Palo Alto May Fete Parade in May.
