Los Angeles Gymnastics Center Camps include an inclusive summer camp designed for children of all abilities, as well as fall and winter camps designed for children of all abilities. Day camp programs are designed for children aged 3 to 12 and include options such as Rhythmic Camp and Cheer Camp. Children are separated by age and assigned to a coach for the day, and there is at least a 9:1 ratio of kids to grown-ups at camp. Meals are eaten on a gated outside patio, and if there is rain, excessive heat, or poor air quality, groups are moved inside and take frequent breaks in the air conditioning.

Each camper is required to bring a nut-free lunch and snack in a labeled bag or backpack and a refillable water bottle, and campers are not permitted to share snacks. Bathroom breaks are held before and after any major break, and children are asked about every hour if a restroom break is needed. If a child requires assistance in toileting, a parent or guardian must plan to stay in the area to assist with wiping and changing, as coaches and staff are not equipped to handle major accidents.
