About
OMG Youth Sports offers year-round core programs in basketball, volleyball, and soccer, along with seasonal and specialty options such as lacrosse, track & field, flag football, run club, and speed, strength, and agility training. The program also includes adaptive sports programs, swimming, and enrichment activities such as Power of Movement, Health Matters, and Sensory Play. Private sports training, transition, mentoring, and workforce development are also part of the program’s offerings.
• Ages: 7–17 years old
• Schedule: Ongoing programs with options such as SHE-HOOPS Basketball Skills Clinic + Open Run on Mondays, TEAM OMG Spring Volleyball practices on Mondays and Wednesdays from 6–7pm with a season running from April to July, and FIRST STICKS Lacrosse Skills Clinics running for 8 weeks
• Price: SHE-HOOPS Basketball Skills Clinic + Open Run single session $25 or 10-session package $225, optional home transportation services $60 per session; FIRST STICKS Lacrosse Skills Clinics $200 per child; TEAM OMG Spring Volleyball $525 (uniform included, tournament fees not included); grants, financial aid, installment plans, and scholarships available; home transportation service fee varies by camp
OMG Youth Sports is a non-profit, donation-based organization founded by OMEGA MARKETING GROUP SPORTS in 2018. The program’s mission is to provide inclusive, high-quality programs that inspire confidence, develop skills, and create lasting friendships. It offers adaptive and inclusive sports for children with disabilities and enrichment programs for neurodivergent youth, including programs like Power of Movement, Health Matters, and Sensory Play that use adaptive sports, movement-based activities, and sensory-friendly experiences. OMG Youth Sports also offers optional year-round transportation services for families across Los Angeles, Orange, San Bernardino, and Ventura Counties, including home pick-up and drop-off transportation for camps.
Coach and Camp Director Jonathan Owens (Coach J.O.) leads the program. OMG Youth Sports began as a classic sports camp dedicated to developing young athletes, building skills, and competing in youth tournaments across California and Nevada. The program uses small team sizes for TEAM OMG Spring Volleyball, and no tryouts are needed and all skill levels are welcome. FIRST STICKS Lacrosse Skills Clinics include all equipment, so families do not need to purchase any gear.
OMG Youth Sports is involved in the community by providing grants, scholarships, after school programs, and adventure clubs that are affordable, and often free, to families with children living in financial duress.
